Every project is different, but a clear process helps establish direction, responsibilities and measurable objectives.

Our delivery approach consists of eight connected stages: Discover, Assess, Structure, Partner, Procure, Execute, Monitor and Deliver.

DISCOVER

We identify opportunities aligned with market requirements, sustainability priorities and potential commercial value. This stage focuses on understanding the opportunity, its objectives, location, stakeholders and initial requirements.

ASSESS

We evaluate the opportunity from technical, commercial and operational perspectives. Where appropriate, this includes coordinating feasibility studies, reviewing risks, understanding stakeholder requirements and identifying key project considerations.

STRUCTURE

We help shape the opportunity into a more clearly defined project. This may include project structuring, delivery models, stakeholder responsibilities, commercial considerations and coordination of the required professional expertise.

PARTNER

The right partners are essential to successful project delivery. We facilitate connections with investors, project owners, consultants, contractors, manufacturers, technology providers and other strategic counterparties according to project requirements.

PROCURE

We support project-linked procurement by coordinating suppliers, equipment, materials and specialist requirements. Our trading activities are connected to identified project needs, with an emphasis on suitable suppliers and responsible commercial coordination.

EXECUTE

Once implementation begins, we support project coordination across relevant stakeholders. This can include programme coordination, monitoring, reporting, communication and execution support to help keep activities aligned with agreed objectives.

MONITOR

Projects require continuous oversight as they progress. We track milestones, deliverables, stakeholder activities and available performance indicators, helping identify issues and maintain visibility throughout the delivery process.

DELIVER

The final stage focuses on completing the agreed scope, documenting outcomes and supporting appropriate reporting and verification. Where measurable impact data is available, relevant environmental, economic and project outcomes can be recorded.

Our role depends on the specific project and contractual arrangements. We may support, coordinate or facilitate particular activities rather than acting as the direct developer, contractor, investor or operator.
